It is light and airy, with the delicate honey-vanilla flavor of panettone. It is topped with icing and Bari almonds. The perfect option for our vegan friends! The high percentage of unsaturated fats make olive oil beneficial for heart and blood vessels. Its phenols are powerful antioxidants, fighting against free radicals.
