Strip Jerky was born from a frustration with an outdated, overly masculine category and a desire to bring fun, nostalgic packaging to the beef jerky industry. It started in culinary school, where I became obsessed with creating jerky that actually tasted good and used ingredients I could trust. Beef jerky was my favorite snack, but I got sick of the overly sugary, candy-like options marketed as fake healthy. I wanted real cuts of beef, simple ingredients, and packaging that felt modern and approachable. Strip is a chef crafted, grass fed & finished, gluten-free, and woman founded, made clean for a new generation that cares just as much about taste and design as what is inside the bag.
