Description
This economical food service size of Mussini's bittersweet white balsamic condiment is made from estate grown Trebbiano white grapes and is used in the finest restaurants of the world. Extremely flexible for almost any prepared vegetable, fruit, meat or fish dishes. It's most striking feature is that it does not alter the color of dishes, but adds a fruity and mildly acidic aroma and flavor. Difficult to find, but an excellent option for the chef. This is an aged product to be used in place of wine vinegar. Prepared by Mussini in Modena, Italy, a land known worldwide for its rich history, culture and great cooking.
