Each product we sell is fully traceable, sustainably farmed, and third-party lab-verified for quality, taste and safety. In the past two years alone, we have won over a dozen olive oil quality medals at the L.A. County Fair and NY International olive oil competitions. Over the years, our products have been praised by Wine Spectator, the New York Times, Southern Living, the Chicago Tribune, and Olive Oil Times. Our family mill, Almazara Andres Aguilar, is located in Jaen, a province in southern Spain in a region called Andalucia. Built in 2005, we welcome visitors throughout the year for agro-food tours and take pride in sharing our sustainable harvesting and milling practice with people from around the world.
