Overview

Description

You can’t go wrong with a tried and true classic. Given its designation as a classic category, orange bitters are exactly that. You can, however, do right by a classic – which is exactly what we did with Bittercube Orange Bitters. We flipped the script by toasting spices and burning sugar in house. Each dash is citrus forward with aromas of bright orange, toasted coriander, and caraway. Hailing from the Guatemalan cloud forest, our single origin cardamom beckons an herbaceous burst that mingles with citrus. A touch of burnt sugar adds a subtle, caramelized orange character to every bottle. From start to finish, these bitters foster a dynamic between tradition and modernity, adding brilliance and refinement to even the most classic and avant garde of cocktails. Pairing Ideas Gin - Vodka - Bourbon Spritz - Martini - Margarita Use in vinaigrettes and atop seared scallops Brand Ethos Bittercube is committed to crafting densely flavored bitters through thoughtful sourcing, meticulous production, and ongoing research. Guided by our values of innovation, equity, and transparency, we strive to create the most distinctive lineup of bitters in the world.

BittercubeEstablished 2009

Bittercube Bitters are created in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, by hand with real ingredients. No pre-made extracts or flavors (natural or artificial) are used in our slow-crafted products. Our mission is to create innovative, densely flavored bitters through thoughtful sourcing, meticulous production, and ongoing research - and to inspire elevated drinking experiences. Bittercube was founded in 2009 by two bartenders with a shared vision for what bold & balanced bitters could be. With that goal in mind, they set out to produce the most distinctive lineup of bitters in the world. Over the last decade, the company has built relationships with farmers, botanical suppliers, bartenders, and foodies across the globe, and continues to innovate with new flavors, collaborations, business lines and services. Over the years, Bittercube has been featured in the New York Times, Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food, Playboy, Imbibe Magazine, Timeout, Bon Appétit, Chicago Tribune, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, GO – AirTran Inflight Magazine, Southwest Magazine, NPR, and Daily Candy, among many other publications.
