Who needs beef jerky when you can have award winning salami?! Our salami is the perfect addition to any charcuterie board. All of our cured meats are handmade into 4 oz meat sticks. They make a great snack too! Where Wine Country meets North Country, we blend old-vine California Zinfandel with premium Ohio pork and seasonings, to create a robust flavor with notes of blackberry and hints of garlic and black pepper, in collaboration with Zanon Wines (Columbus, OH.) All of our salami and chorizo is shelf stable! No refrigeration required! Our Zin Salami has a 10-12 month shelf life. We stamp the salami with a 12-months "Best if Used By" date from the day they are packaged and try hard to not ship any with less than 10-months left. Wine & Cheese pairings: Pair Zin with full-bodied red wines like Zinfandel or Merlot, or white wine like Chardonnay or Viognier. Pairs well with Aged Gouda or Asiago Cheese.
