Working with smaller batches, each producer is able to develop their skills, or learn new methods, while mitigating the costs involved by combining these batches to yield a high quality and consistent lot. With notes of cocoa nibs, baker’s chocolate, and blueberry this is a fun coffee reminding us of chocolate-covered fruit from childhood.
