Description

Ma is the Grande Abuela (Grandmother) of the ranch and she delivers a truly Ecuadorian flavor and essence to our lineup of sauces. This is a unique Chimichurri-style sauce, with plenty of fresh basil, orange, lemon, and lime, and it brings a slight kick. Chia seeds enhance its thick green consistency, delivering a wholesome, healthy, and wildly delicious pairing to just about everything. On the ranch, this versatile sauce does it all; from accompanying meat, to serving as a salad dressing on slices of avocado. Ma keeps the good spirits alive and all the spicy pepper people in line at Rancho Del Fuego! Bob’s mother-in-law, (formerly known as ‘Momma Judy’), was born in Quito, Ecuador and she is the inspiration behind this delectable creation. Try this premium gourmet hot sauce today!

Tennessee Bob's Hot SauceEstablished 2017

Meet Tennessee Bob (aka Robert D. Vasvary), creator of Rancho Del Fuego Hot Sauces and the whimsical book series The Pepper People of Rancho Del Fuego, Attack of the Killer Iguanas, and The Condor’s Condo. Set on a magical Ecuadorian farm, these stories follow the quirky lives of pepper characters as they navigate run-ins with unfriendly neighbors and everyday misadventures. Robert, an electrical engineer and telecom consultant, lives in Boca Raton, Florida, with his wife Nicolina (Lady Fingers) and son Ethan (Dragon’s Breath). The family often spends time in Nicolina’s hometown of Quito, Ecuador—an inspiration for both the books and hot sauces. Beyond fiction, Vasvary is the author of the teen novel The Big House, a contributor to The Bowers House Writers Group anthologies, and runs a blog at RobertVasvary.com. He’s also a blues harmonica player, disc jockey, gardener, and chef.
