Roasted in small batches, our coffees are sourced with great intention ensuring that each coffee is traceable back to the producers. Our roasting philosophy is simple: we let the coffee take the lead, and we roast according to what we believe allows the coffee to taste its best. Preface Coffee is the culmination of a journey bringing together books and coffee, with each of our coffees categorized according to book genre and a fictional story that draws on nostalgia and memories to convey the experience that each coffee has to offer. In keeping with the book theme, we offer two lines of 'publications': hard-covers, which are our book-style boxes reserved for single estate coffees where we celebrate the varietal; soft-cover bags reserved for our blends, which are easy to drink and easy to make.
