Introducing the World's First Hing-Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil We've created something totally new and unique? Why? Meet Hing Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil—a bold fusion of ancient Ayurvedic tradition and modern, conscious living. For those balancing Vata, this oil shines in cold foods, bringing grounding warmth and unmistakable flavor without ever touching heat. Drizzle over salads or on top of vegetables. Craving that signature hit of hing but committed to the ideal of plant-based eating? We’ve got you. While hing is traditionally bloomed in heated ghee (clarified butter oil), this revolutionary oil allows you to remain unapologetically vegan by matching hing with rich, organic olive oil. No prep. No compromise. Just pure, gut-loving, flavor-packed power ready to drizzle, dip, or stir into your daily ritual. Use it anywhere you'd like the flavor of hing—but with none of the rules. No heat, no ghee, no frying pan—just pour it on cooked food or splash over salads.

Pure Indian FoodsEstablished 2008

Founded in 2008 by husband and wife, Sandeep and Nalini Agarwal, Pure Indian Foods is an artisanal maker of grass-fed organic ghee products. The company offers a complete line of sustainably-sourced, non-GMO organic curry sauces, organic spices and herbs, and organic Ayurveda products. We created the concept of "Grassfed & Organic" Ghee back in 2008, were featured in NY Times in 2010, and were the first ghee company to get Whole30 approval back in 2011. The ghee side of the business is actually 130 years old, started in 1889, spanning five generations. We make it fresh in small batches in stainless steel equipment in New Jersey, using the milk of cows raised in the USA. Our organic spices and grocery products are mostly sourced from small farms in India. We support small communities as much as possible.
