Our now classic recipe, consisting of aged Messino balsamic and concentrated grape must, is enhanced by real hot chili pepper powder. It is characterized by a moderately hot taste, dark brown color with red highlights, raw texture and mild acidic aroma. It is recommended for lovers of spicy flavors, but it is not limited to them only! It goes perfectly with beef or pork dishes, while you can try it either as an accompanying ready-made sauce, or as an ingredient in their marinade for extra flavor. Use it as a sauce or glaze, to add a spicy touch, to exuberant sandwiches, to bruschettas. Finally, it is an excellent and very easy alternative for those who prefer moderately hot sauces for spaghetti and noodles. Available in a 250ml plastic bottle.
