Description
A fresh idea, with an award-winning recipe, is the Messino Pomegranate Balsamic Cream. The refined Messino white balsamic, with its mild acidity and light finish, meets the fresh concentrated juice of Greek pomegranates of excellent quality, creating an exceptional culinary result for the dishes of your choice. The special award-winning cream is a unique combination of balanced acidity with intense sweet and sour, fruity taste, deep red color, full of antioxidants, and aftertaste of real fruit.
A cream with many different uses. Ideal for salad dressings of all kinds, it adds flavor and aroma to any combination, especially to those salads that include fruit. Show off meat dishes by using Messino Pomegranate Balsamic Cream as a glaze on pork or turkey. Try it as a dip or glaze on salty cheeses, such as Kefalotyri, Caseri, Myzithra, but also on lighter and cooler ones such as Anthotiro and Kalathaki Lemnos.
Finally, dare to experiment with sweet recipes. For example, try garnishing white sweets, such as panna cotta, cheesecake or ice cream, or use it as an ingredient in a fruity summer cocktail.

OilladiEstablished 2014
Oilladi's mission: Connect old and new worlds together through delicious, traditional Greek foods. Extra virgin olive oil from trees that are sometimes hundreds of years old, owned by the same families for generations, honey from thyme flowers that grow wild on unoccupied islands in the Aegean, balsamic vinegars made with grape must obtained from the most renowned vineyards in the Peloponnese and more. Sustainable practices and traceability are top priorities as is the artisanal, hand-crafted nature of our products.
