Ayurvedist began with founder Deepika’s personal journey back to balance. Years of stress, long hours, and constant travel left Deepika dealing with gut issues, low energy, and disrupted sleep. Doctor visits helped temporarily, but nothing truly changed. Everything shifted on a trip back to India. Being home meant returning to the rhythms she grew up with - warm meals, herbal infusions, and simple daily routines rooted in Ayurveda, without ever being labeled as such. That’s when it clicked. As her digestion and energy improved, Deepika realized Ayurveda works best when it’s simple, consistent, and woven into everyday life - not when it feels like an overwhelming protocol. Back in the U.S., Deepika went looking for those same teas. But everything felt diluted, over-flavored, or disconnected from the tradition behind it. There was a gap. Ayurvedist was created to bridge it. Real, functional Ayurvedic teas - grounded, clean, and easy to use every day.
