They are made for customers who want something better than the dry, rock-hard biscotti they usually find on store shelves. Each biscotto has a crisp, clean snap, rich flavor, and a signature hint of sea salt at the finish. We use ingredients like whole roasted nuts, chocolate chunks, dried fruit, citrus zest, and carefully balanced flavors that pair naturally with coffee, tea, dessert boards, and gifting occasions.
