Since January of 2021, High Street Tonics has been providing elevated alternative drink options through the crafting and sale of our functional, restorative botanical drink mixers. TONICS: A tonic is a restorative substance taken to give a feeling of vigor or well-being. Our Tonics are made by extracting high quality herbs in raw honey and organic raw apple cider vinegar. The sweet, tangy blends can be used much like a shrub or syrup to dress up your drinks or liven up food. BITTERS: Our bitters are made using high quality herbs extracted in organic cane alcohol and organic vegetable glycerine.
