YODO is a single-origin Costa Rican coffee brand roasting to order in Miami. The name comes from Costa Rican slang for coffee — a nod to the country, the culture, and the cup. We source exclusively from Tarrazú, the West Valley, and the Central Valley — high-altitude regions producing coffees that are clean, vibrant, and traceable to the farm. Four SKUs, each telling a distinct story: anaerobic fermentation, honey process, washed — different expressions of one origin done right. Women-founded, Latin-owned, and founder-led. Our co-founder Antonio grew up in Costa Rica's coffee country with direct relationships with the growers behind every bag. We roast only after an order is placed, so every bag arrives fresh.
