Transcendence is a female-founded coffee company that creates all-natural, globally-influenced flavored syrups. Founded by engineers Mitalee Bharadwaj and Lisa Yala, who met while working as baristas in college, Transcendence began as a concept to diversify and elevate the flavored coffee industry, which is known to sell extremely sweet, artificial beverages without diverse flavor innovation. Transcendence exists outside these limitations by merging new ingredients and flavor profiles from global coffee and cuisine, beginning with the founders’ cultural roots – India and Algeria. Transcendence is on a mission to introduce elevated, unique syrup offerings that have zero preservatives and maximum flavor driven by whole spices.
