From the time I was a teenager I imagined solving this problem with a beautiful drink that's beloved and very close to home. Within my family's tradition are great, complex non-alcoholic drinks. Knowing that if they were made accessible, they'd be a game-changer, Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel was born. Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel is how we share and preserve rich Caribbean heritage's most prized cultural recipe authentically and at it's highest level. Without preservation this drink in it's authentic form would be obsolete within a generation.
