In 2018, Beitressa Mandelbaum and Melanie Bang embarked on a shared passion to create an herbaceous and aromatic ready-to-pour carbonated soda using botanical bitters with natural plant extracts in the most unusual and satisfying combinations. Our brand, Bitte, is a small-batch craft soda that aims to introduce a new culture in the soda category. Rather than perpetuating the traditional sugar-laden and unhealthy soda culture, we aim to elevate the category by offering a healthier, non-alcoholic, and sophisticated option that caters to adult consumers. Chosen for its bitter taste profile, each ingredient has the ability to encourage digestive harmony while offering transcendent belches and delightful mouth tingles that honor German herbalism and American soda counter culture. Our goal is to offer a high-class soda experience that is both refreshing and guilt-free.
