Palmetto Farms is a fourth-generation family mill rooted in Aynor, South Carolina, where our family has been milling corn since 1934. What began as a small local operation has grown into a family business that still believes good food starts with simple ingredients and time-tested methods. We specialize in stone-ground grits, cornmeal, and Southern pantry staples made from non-GMO corn. Our products are whole grain and stone ground to preserve the natural flavor and character of the corn, giving them the rich texture and taste that generations of Southern cooks have relied on.
