I'm Zane Caplansky, a fourth-generation Deli Man. I make this mustard myself. I opened my own deli in 2008, using many of her cherished recipes. I’m not sure if Bubby Molly made her own mustard, but I do. Initially, we made mustard just for our own sandwiches—until people started stealing them off the tables.
