Founded in Ann Arbor by a former university researcher and professor, The Still Bar was born out of a simple observation: Michigan's craft beverage culture, with its breweries, wineries, and seasonal ingredient obsession, had no nonalcoholic counterpart worth taking seriously. So we built one. Every recipe starts with an ingredient idea rooted in what Michigan grows: Blueberries roasted until they deepen rather than just sweeten.
