The Texas Green Sauce Co. was founded in Tyler, Texas, in 2022. It was first manufactured in our home and sold at the Whitehouse Farmers Market in East Texas, just outside Tyler. Due to high demand, we transitioned from making the sauces at home to partnering with a local co-packing company. Today, we continue to experience substantial growth and increased popularity throughout the region as well as online. In November of 2025 we began a partnership with the Brookshire Grocery Company and are currently on the shelf in two of their up-scale grocery stores in Tyler and Longview, Texas. We currently have three variations of our Texas Green Sauce available, Original, Hot, and Smokeshow and are positioned and capable of distributing regionally and beyond. The Texas Green Sauce Company seeks to provide its customers with unique food products that stand out from the routine. We specialize in targeting a specific niche of customer, the customer who loves bold flavor and wants to be known as the one who brought “the sauce” to the party. Our customers choose bold and creative brands because they believe flavor is a form of self expression and food is how they show confidence.
