What began as a personal recipe shared among college roommates—two of whom didn’t even like hot sauce—evolved into a versatile everyday condiment that proved there was a market for "hot sauce for people who don’t like hot sauce." We grew the brand through years of grassroots efforts and word-of-mouth, even serving it in our own restaurant to see firsthand how it complemented real food while focusing entirely on perfecting the recipe. Today, Hank Sauce is a family-owned and operated company available nationwide, and while we’ve moved from a garage to our own production facility in South Jersey, we still craft every bottle with the same care and attention as we did in the early days.
