Zia Pia’s limited-edition ceramic bottle is hand-painted by local artisans of the Puglia region of Italy, where the award-winning Frantoio Galantino olive mill is located. It is filled with an expertly balanced blend of extra virgin olive oil made from Ogliarola and Coratina olives. Golden yellow-green in color with notes of almond and artichoke make this an ideal extra virgin olive oil for everyday use. Great for cooking and for dressing a salad.
Since 1926, the Galantino family has mastered the craft of extra virgin olive oil in Biscelgie, near Bari, in Puglia. They meticulously select the finest Ogliarola and Coratina olives from their groves, hand-harvesting them traditionally and milling with granite millstones. Employing cold extraction and rigorous quality testing, Galantino produces top quality, award-winning extra virgin olive oil.
