Flatbush Granola began on a dare! For several years, I had been making granola as a holiday gift for friends and clients. Then one day, my best friend challenged me to turn my granola from a hobby into a business in just 90 days. One month later, Flatbush Granola was born, and I was selling to the public at my very first popup market. The inspiration behind our flavors comes from the incredible cultural diversity I encounter every day in Brooklyn, as well as my own experience as the child of immigrants. Food is a delicious and approachable way to explore different cultures, and with Flatbush Granola, my goal is to celebrate global flavors through a classic, beloved snack.
