PJ’s Fine Foods is a mother/son collaboration between Patricia Kellogg and Jared Friedman, who are both artists and passionate cooks. Pat has been perfecting her party dip recipe since the late 1980s; Jared has been brewing up his novel take on hot pepper jelly for friends and family since 2013. In 2022, after years of urging from people around us, we decided to go into business to make and sell our unique products. Our focus is on creating new essentials for the pantry - products that are delicious on their own, and also versatile enough to become the "secret ingredient" in beloved recipes that get passed down from generation to generation, as so many of our own recipes have been.
