Description
Pure Maine maple syrup slow-brewed with whole organic Ceylon cinnamon sticks for a warm, spiced flavor. Naturally sweet with a smooth, aromatic finish.
This warmly spiced cinnamon-infused maple syrup begins with pure, small-batch syrup tapped from old-growth sugar and red maples in the remote Saint John Valley of Fort Kent, Maine. The base syrup, drawn from trees rooted in rocky mountain soil and nourished by long northern winters, carries a deep, natural sweetness and complex flavor that is the hallmark of our region’s terroir. To create this infusion, the syrup is slow-brewed with whole organic Ceylon cinnamon sticks, allowing the gentle heat to coax out their delicate, aromatic oils and infuse them fully into the maple.
The result is a syrup with a smooth, layered character where the natural caramel notes of maple mingle with the warmed cinnamon coaxing out the spices oils. This infusion process is done patiently and in small batches, ensuring the spices are present but never overpowering. The flavor is comforting yet vibrant, making it a perfect addition to pancakes, waffles, baked goods, coffee, or even savory glazes. Each pour delivers the taste of pure Northern Maine maple elevated with the warmth of real spices, crafted for those who appreciate both tradition and a touch of the unexpected.

Northern Reach MapleEstablished 2025
We are a small family operation located in Fort Kent, Maine. We started hobby-sized syrup production in the spring of 2018 growing each year until 2024 when we reached around 400-500 taps and decided to sell the syrup publicly. In 2024 we began the installation of our tubing infrastructure and arranging the sugarhouse to deliver from our 2025 season. While we now have a few more tapped trees under management, and the equipment we use is a little more complicated and specialized, we take care and pride in harvesting and transforming every bit of that golden goodness that goes into our bottles.
