YÜJ started with my son. He was diagnosed with an immune deficiency, and as his mom, I became much more intentional about what I was feeding him. I wanted foods made with simple ingredients that I could feel good about giving him, but that he would also genuinely enjoy. As a chef and mom of four, I went into my kitchen and started creating. That’s where YÜJ was born. YÜJ is a modern take on granola, known for our signature soft-baked texture. Instead of the traditional hard, crunchy granola, ours is soft, chewy, satisfying, and made with thoughtfully selected ingredients. What began as something I created for my son has grown into a brand for families everywhere. Today, YÜJ is expanding across retail and foodservice while continuing to innovate and challenge what granola can be. Our mission is personal but simple: create better food for the people we love and make it so delicious they actually want to eat it.
