This ready-to-cook Nero Di Seppia Squid Ink Risotto is made with Gli Aironi’s minimally processed carnaroli rice and dehydrated squid ink, codfish, and spices. Gli Aironi's risottos, made from the finest ingredients, are the quick and easy way to make a delicious, traditional Italian risotto at home. Simply add the mix to a pot with extra virgin olive oil, toast for a few minutes while stirring, then add a splash of white wine or water. Slowly add more water until rice thickens.
