She lives in a fantasy orchard foraging for the freshest picks. Her face covered with juice dripping all over, her fingers sticky from honey like essence, her dress stained yet beautiful. This little girl is me. As a child I found my secret Eden, a fenced off orchard in the outskirts of Warsaw, Poland laden with fruit trees and flowering briars, where I picked at jammy berries, taking bites from apples and juicy pears, plucking off the tips of branches, hanging heavy with honeyed plums. Later, I traveled the world hunting for new aromas, tastes, and scents, but it was in that garden, which had awakened my senses, that I learned to capture the essence of fruit in their prime, to seal in freshness before the flesh soured and wilted. Little Syl is the outcome of those adventures. It is that dream - packed with sun-ripened sweetness. It is pure fruit, preserved in nothing but sunshine, educating your child on flavors, shapes and colors.
