Via Farini YELLOW LABEL is characterized by hints of wood, ripe fruit and spices. Delightfully fresh and delicate, with an excellent sweet and sour balance it enhances the flavor of any dish. This product is obtained from locally harvested fresh grapes that belong UNIQUELY to the territory of Modena. Strictly following the traditional method the grapes are pressed into a sweet must which is then cooked for several hours to obtain a dark sugary reduction. This sweet reduction is then aged at minimum 8 years in wooden barrels resulting in an ALL NATURAL product, with NO preservatives or artificial ingredients, with the most intense flavor and maximum benefits. Can be used both raw and cooked, for marinating or glazing, in combination with cheeses, salads, red meat and sauces.
