In 2013 she joined academia as a university chef instructor, then redirected her expertise to elevate the lollipop from novelty to luxury confection. At The Lollipop Studio, Begüm leads product design, research and development, and quality systems, uniting culinary rigor with brand storytelling. Her collections serve global hospitality groups, retailers, and corporate clients, celebrated for glass like clarity, precise execution, and memorable presentation.
