Our team of experts travels the globe, visiting estates, scrutinizing production techniques, and tasting oils from each harvest to curate our exclusive collection. Sustainability at the Core: We are committed to valorizing native cultivars, nurturing both new olive groves and centuries-old trees over 230 years old. Our sustainable practices include: Low-impact agricultural techniques to protect the environment. Precision irrigation since the mid-90s, including capillary sub-irrigation, reduces water consumption by up to 60% compared to traditional methods. These efforts guarantee the highest quality EVOO and ensure a healthier, more sustainable product for our customers and the planet. Award-Winning Excellence: Our Peranzana EVOO is highly regarded among Italian olive oil competitions and beloved by connoisseurs for its refined, approachable flavor and exceptional quality. Perfect Pairings: Drizzle over Caprese salads, enhance the delicate flavors of grilled seafood, or add a fresh touch to pasta dishes like orecchiette with turnip tops. Each product we sell is fully traceable, sustainably farmed, and third-party lab-verified for quality, taste and safety. In the past two years alone, we have won over a dozen olive oil quality medals at the L.A. County Fair and NY International olive oil competitions. Over the years, our products have been praised by Wine Spectator, the New York Times, Southern Living, the Chicago Tribune, and Olive Oil Times. Our family mill, Almazara Andres Aguilar, is located in Jaen, a province in southern Spain in a region called Andalucia. Built in 2005, we welcome visitors throughout the year for agro-food tours and take pride in sharing our sustainable harvesting and milling practice with people from around the world.
