Kelsi’s was born in rural Idaho, where our founder Kelsi— the youngest of eight siblings—adopted a raw food diet at age 12, studied raw food across the country, and taught her first raw food class at age 14 together with her mom, a raw food chef. Their signature recipe? Rich, fudgy Brownie Batter Bites made with just a few simple, whole food ingredients. After years of requests from friends and students, and with encouragement from her mom, Kelsi's launched in 2019. Today, our indulgent, ultra clean bites are sold in premium and independent retailers including Whole Foods, Erewhon and Wegmans as well as fitness studios and resorts. Our mission is simple: to bring the joy back to snacking without the junk. Our Brownie Batter Bites have NO gluten, dairy, soy, or refined sugar. Deliciously Paleo friendly they are beloved by parents and picky kids alike (there are five boys in the extended Kelsi's family!). Pure, fudgy indulgence, powered by real food.
