My name is Joseph, and I am the face behind Jöey Nordic Seed Crisps. I am a part-time “amateur” farmer! My trip to beautiful Sweden in 2019 inspired me to create Jöey Nordic Seed Crisps. I discovered crisp bread on the trip, but most crisp bread is wheat-based, and given we are a gluten-free household, I decided to recreate crisp bread and make it gluten-free and better for you. Our brand values are to pursue culinary exploration, drawn from ancient Nordic tradition and global food culture, to create something truly unique. Our mission is that intentional nutrition guides every choice we make, ensuring all of our ingredients are organic, gluten-free and vegan so anyone can enjoy our crisps just as much as we do!
