Our almonds are grown in California on a co-op of small family-held farms. The farmers we source from take great pride in the quality of their produce. Their almonds are USDA-certified organic and of the grade #1 supreme, California nonpareil variety. At Wildly Organic, we directly buy their almonds and then “activate” them using a special soaking and low-temperature dehydrating method in our facility. The end result is a delicious, crispy raw nut that our customers love! Per FDA regulations, all almonds sold in the U.S. need to be quickly steamed for pasteurization purposes. We then cyclically soak and dehydrate the nuts at low temperatures. Wildly Organic Almonds arrive ready-to-use in 7 ounce and 1 pound vapor-barrier, resealable packaging to maintain freshness. 25 pounds available in a plastic bag (with no branding), zip-tied, and boxed. Packaging may include an oxygen absorber.
