The world’s first Muffuletta Hot Sauce! Louisiana has a storied hot sauce heritage but it's Salvatore Lupo, a Sicilian immigrant in New Orleans that we've taken inspiration from. Lupo invented the Muffuletta sandwich in 1906 which featured a signature olive salad. We've captured those briny flavours and made them our own. Our Muffuletta Hot Sauce is mild but bursting with fermented Cayenne peppers, Italian olives, roasted red peppers, capers, and Lebanese za'atar.
