Fresco Sauce – Beyond the Flavors Originally created in 2012, Fresco Sauce’s Fire Roasted Pepper blend was developed to complement the dishes at Sam Dashty’s new restaurant, Rosemary Grill. What began as a flavorful addition to meals quickly became a customer favorite, with guests eager to take the sauce home. For five years, the sauce was sold exclusively at the restaurant. In 2018, responding to growing demand, the original blend was finally bottled for the public—alongside two new additions to the Fresco Sauce line: Chipotle & Habanero and Ghost Berry. Today, Sam continues to craft Fresco Sauce with the same passion and attention to detail as he did in 2012. Each batch begins with fresh ingredients and is cooked by hand in small quantities, ensuring the same bold, handcrafted flavor that started it all.
