Happy Hog Sauce started the way a lot of real BBQ stories do—around a smoker, feeding crowds. For more than 20 years, our founder was cooking for large BBQ events, and one question never stopped coming: “Where can I buy that sauce?” Along the way, we noticed something else. People were divided—Memphis or Carolina, sweet or tangy—and most felt like they had to choose sides. We didn’t. Instead, we set out to build a bridge. Happy Hog was created to blend bold Memphis richness with Carolina twang, bringing unity to the table through flavor. Our three sauces reflect that mission: Southern Fusion lays the foundation, Blueberry Blast is finished with a blast of blueberry, and Crossfire brings layered, two-stage heat. Our four rubs—Sweet Heat Hog Rub, Carolina Gold Dust, Hog Whisperer SPG+, and Hot Diggity Chili Mix—are crafted to stand alone or pair perfectly with our sauces. Giving back matters just as much as flavor. Over the years, we’ve enjoyed feeding the hungry and the needy, and that heart for service continues today.
